Have you ever asked yourself what negative energy looks like?
It’s probably easiest to explain by giving some examples:
Do you ever judge someone?
Do you sometimes put yourself down?
Have you ever been jealous or envious of someone’s success?
Do you look for what’s wrong in certain situations?
Do you tend to focus on what you don’t have?
Do you feel that “”things” always happen to you?
Do you let other’s negative opinion affect you?
Do you create reasons why you can’t be, do, or have something?
Do you have unproductive, unmotivated friends?
Do you sometimes lack patience and compassion?
Even though I don’t know you personally, I do know everyone of us has been there and a lot of people are still there. And all of us go back unfortunately – from time to time.
Becoming conscious of it, is already the first step towards getting out of “stinking thinking”.
