I visited a friend in London last weekend. We did our NLP Master Practicioner course together some time ago. While spending time with her I quickly realized that she was not only using NLP in her business, she actually lives the philosophy of NLP. That was an amazing revelation for me.
I personally love the NLP techniques because they usually gets instant results. I have seen more than once how someone changed their life forever with one simple NLP technique but what my friend did was totally different. She had adopted the philosophy as her own!
I must admit I had never considered doing that. However it makes a lot of sense to do so because it will give you a much more empowering attitude and outlook. So this is what I am working on right now – adopting the NLP philosophy.
Actually NLP starts with the philosophy and in the next few posts I will discuss my points of view and maybe bring you closer to letting such a wonderful philosophy into your life.
Let’s start with the principals of NLP:
- Cause and Effect
- Perception is Projection
- Responsibility for Results
We will discuss each principal in the next few posts.
