“Masterminding allows us to lean on each other and live our life with more efficiency and clarity of purpose. It provides us with tools for self-discovery, growth and transformation.”
Anyone with goals needs a Mastermind group to bounce back ideas, brainstorm, and to be accountable. You can join our Mastermind Focus Group or you can start one of your own locally with faculty members, colleagues, associates, or like minded people. Unsually you meet once a week for 1-2 hours, depending on what you have agreed on. Make sure that your mastermind group consists only of committed people who really want to get better results and who are willing to share their knowledge and experience.
Make sure you have clear objectives when you join a Mastermind group and find out what the objectives of the group are. Network with the other members and be willing to shre your network. Everything that is said during the Mastermind meeting – whether on- or offline – has to be confidential. Be a giver and give with pleasure. Offer your services and provide advice and leadership. Participate actively in the group, stay open to new ideas and be friendly.
You are as responsible as any other member to make your mastermind group a success!
Remember, you are 8 times more likely to succeed when being held accountable.
